Responsible Gaming at 899tt

Gaming Should Be Fun

At 899tt, we provide cricket betting, live casino games, slots, and a wide range of entertainment options for players across Bangladesh. Whether you enjoy following the Bangladesh Tigers in a BPL match or spinning the reels on your favourite slot, the experience is designed to be enjoyable and within your means. Responsible gaming is not a restriction — it is a commitment we make to every player on our platform.

Gambling, like any form of entertainment, carries risk. For most players, it remains a leisure activity — something enjoyable done within a budget and a time allowance. For a small number of people, however, gambling can become difficult to control. 899tt takes this seriously. We actively encourage all players to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account, to set personal limits before they feel they need them, and to reach out to our support team the moment gaming stops feeling fun.

Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can develop gradually and is not always easy to recognise from the inside. The following are commonly recognised warning signs. If several of these apply to you or someone you know, it may be time to use one of the support tools available on 899tt or to speak with someone you trust.

• Spending more money on gambling than you planned or can afford, and finding it difficult to stick to a budget.
• Chasing losses — returning to gambling to try to win back money you have already lost.
• Gambling taking up a growing amount of time, including at the expense of work, family, or other responsibilities.
• Feeling restless, anxious or irritable when not gambling, or when attempting to reduce or stop gambling activity.
• Concealing the extent of your gambling from family, friends or colleagues, or feeling the need to lie about it.
• Borrowing money, selling possessions, or neglecting bills and daily expenses in order to fund gambling.

How Deposit Limits Work at 899tt

Deposit limits are one of the most effective tools for keeping your gambling budget under control. At 899tt, limits can be set for three time windows — daily, weekly and monthly — and can be applied across all payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers. Here is how the system works in practice.

• Limits activate immediately: once you set a deposit limit in your account dashboard, it takes effect on your very next deposit attempt. There is no delay — the protection is instant.
• Lowering a limit is instant: if you want to reduce your limit, the new lower limit applies immediately, giving you flexibility to tighten control at any time without waiting.
• Increasing a limit has a cooling-off period: requests to raise a deposit limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the higher limit takes effect. This deliberate pause is designed to prevent impulsive increases during a losing session.

Time-Out: Taking a Break from Gaming

A time-out is a temporary suspension of your 899tt account. It is designed for players who want to take a planned break from gaming — whether for a day, a week, or up to six weeks. During a time-out, your account cannot be used to place bets, play casino games, or make any gaming-related transaction. Withdrawals of any real-money balance already in your account can still be requested during a time-out.

To activate a time-out, log in to your account and navigate to the responsible gaming section of your account settings, or contact the 899tt support team directly at [email protected]. Time-out requests submitted via support are processed promptly. At the end of the chosen time-out period, your account automatically reopens — there is no need to contact support to resume access.

Self-Exclusion at 899tt

Self-exclusion is the strongest tool available to players who feel that their gambling is becoming, or has become, a problem. A self-exclusion request at 899tt results in the permanent or long-term closure of your account and prevents re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period. Unlike a time-out, self-exclusion is not designed to end automatically — it requires a formal review process before any reinstatement can be considered.

To request self-exclusion, contact the 899tt support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". All self-exclusion requests are treated as urgent and are processed as quickly as possible. If you are in immediate distress about your gambling, please reach out to the support team without delay. You do not need to explain yourself or justify your request — stating that you want to self-exclude is sufficient.

Protecting Young People

899tt operates a strictly adults-only platform. No person under the age of 21 may register or use the 899tt platform under any circumstances. As a parent or guardian, you can take practical steps to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms on shared or household devices.

• Use parental control software on shared devices to block access to gambling websites including 899tt.
• Never share your 899tt login credentials with anyone, including other adults in your household. Your account is personal and should not be accessible to minors.
• If you suspect a minor has accessed or registered on 899tt using your device or personal details, contact [email protected] immediately. All such reports are treated as urgent.

899tt's Responsible Gaming Principles

899tt's approach to responsible gaming is built on four core principles. First, we believe every player deserves access to tools that help them stay in control — these tools are built into the platform and available to all registered players without restriction. Second, we believe in transparency: we will never hide the odds of a game, make it difficult to find responsible gaming features, or obscure the terms attached to bonuses. Third, we will never market aggressively to players who have activated responsible gaming tools, taken a time-out, or self-excluded. Fourth, we commit to treating every responsible gaming request — whether a deposit limit, a time-out, or a self-exclusion — as a priority, not an inconvenience.

Responsible gaming is not just a regulatory checkbox for 899tt — it is part of what makes this platform worth playing on. A player who feels safe, in control, and respected is a player who enjoys the experience. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, and it is reflected in every feature, every communication, and every support interaction on the 899tt platform.
