1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 899tt online gaming and sports betting platform ("Platform") operated under the 899tt brand. By accessing, registering on or using any part of the Platform, you ("User", "Player", "You") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

• You must be a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from 899tt or any related platform, or have had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, business, or organisation when registering or placing bets.
• You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date at all times.

3Account Registration and Security

Each user may hold only one registered account on the 899tt Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited. 899tt reserves the right to merge, suspend or close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account security.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify 899tt immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• 899tt will never ask for your password via email, chat or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from 899tt and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• 899tt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withholding of funds pending verification.

All information provided during account registration must match the details associated with the payment methods used on the account. Where a discrepancy is identified between registration details and payment method details, 899tt may place a hold on the account and request clarifying documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 899tt are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods made available on the Platform at the time of the transaction. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the Platform. There is no minimum or maximum withdrawal threshold that differs from your available account balance, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 899tt account balance within sixty seconds of the transfer being confirmed by the payment provider. 899tt is not responsible for delays caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket or any other payment network.
• All withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless 899tt approves an alternative method in writing. This policy is in place to prevent financial fraud and to protect player funds.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of any active bonus wagering requirements. Funds that are subject to an unmet wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fully met or the bonus is forfeited.
• 899tt does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. 899tt is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

899tt reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory identity verification, fraud investigation, or review of compliance with these Terms. Where a withdrawal is delayed, 899tt will communicate the reason to the player via the registered contact details within a reasonable timeframe.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

899tt offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and sports cashback. The following general terms apply to all bonuses offered by 899tt. Specific bonus terms will be communicated at the time of each offer.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific offer terms.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real-money deposits and bonus funds are tracked independently. Only upon satisfying the wagering requirement are bonus-derived winnings transferred to the withdrawable real-money balance.
• 899tt reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or amend any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled for reasons attributable to 899tt, any wagering requirement already completed will be honoured.
• Players who 899tt reasonably suspects are abusing the bonus system — including through the creation of multiple accounts, using bonus funds for arbitrage, or any other form of advantage play — will have their bonus revoked and may have their account suspended.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotional offer are valid for the game(s) and period specified in the offer. Unused free spins expire at the end of the stated validity period and cannot be carried forward.

6Responsible Gaming

899tt is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity. The Platform is for entertainment only and is not a means of generating income. Players are encouraged to set personal limits and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available after logging in. The following measures are available to all registered 899tt players.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours after any increase request.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 899tt Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age, or allowing any person under 21 to access your account under any circumstances.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Engaging in money laundering, or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or otherwise defraud 899tt or other players.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using a payment method that does not belong to you or is not issued in your name.

8Account Suspension and Termination

899tt reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Without limiting the foregoing, 899tt may take any of the following actions where it has reasonable grounds to do so.

• Temporary suspension pending investigation of suspected fraud, identity verification failure, suspected underage access, or suspected breach of these Terms.
• Permanent closure of an account where a breach of these Terms is confirmed, where the player has engaged in prohibited activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to 899tt, other players or the integrity of the Platform.
• Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, 899tt may forfeit all funds held in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to the player, any real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 899tt Platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, game interfaces and any other material, is the intellectual property of 899tt or its licensors. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, sold, licensed or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 899tt. Unauthorised use of 899tt intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 899tt and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. The following specific limitations apply.

• 899tt does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 899tt's reasonable control.
• 899tt is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from the closure of an account for breach, forfeiture of bonus funds, or expiry of promotional offers.
• All games on the Platform are operated by certified third-party providers. 899tt is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, errors or interruptions originating within a third-party game or game server. 11Privacy and Data Protection

12Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. 13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
